Social Program

All ASBAQ 2014 social function dinners, Game Set & Match and ASBAQ 2014 Conference Royale are ticketed events. Delegate tickets and those additionally purchased for accompanying persons will be issued in your delegate lanyards.

The dress code for the conference during the day is smart or business casual, as is the first night dinner, Game, Set & Match... unless you opt for your favourite tennis attire!

The final Conference dinner “ASBAQ 2014 Royale” is set to be a grand affair and as such, the appropriate attire would be formal and or cocktail.

Conference venue temperatures vary and the winter on the Gold Coast can be chilly, so make sure you included layered clothing to stay comfortable.

Commencing with pre-dinner drinks in the exhibition foyer Game Set and Match is stays true to its theme with dinner set on the tennis court. You will be undercover but it’s this perfect opportunity to be warm and comfortable… tennis shoes and track suits are most appropriate. Alternatively pack something warm and layered.

After some light refreshments at the close of ASBAQ 2014, the evening is yours to enjoy however you please.

We have organised an optional dinner for ASBAQ attendees and guests staying overnight, dinner tickets are not included in the registration and must be pre-purchased.

The dinner restaurant is on-site at Royal Pines so smart casual attire suitable for dinner in a 5 star resort is best.

Or you may prefer a night out with friends old and new, or a quiet night in - whatever you choose.
