Allan Pease

Amazing ‘Nige’

Over the years Nigel has competed in a wide range of competitions, as well as taking out the close up "MAGICIAN OF THE YEAR". Nigel is an entertainer who enjoys enthralling people with his magic in close up situations as well as performing his stage show.

Apart from his work as an entertainer, Kerry has over 20 years' experience in corporate business industries. The last eight years in the financial markets industry as a Quantitative Analyst, the nerds of any trading floor and Interest Rate Specialist. Prior to this he worked in IT as a network supervisor, programmer and system analyst and spent over five years in superannuation. On top of this he has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics), a Masters of Information Technology and a Masters of Business - Applied Finance.

With the amazing ability to memorise and recall up to 300 names after just a brief meeting, Nigel teaches the theoretical and practical methods he’s studied and refined for improving memory and in particular remembering names. His light hearted and interesting manner makes this informative session lots of fun and it’s suitable for ALL industries. Catherine Molloy

Catherine is an International Speaker & Communication Expert, specialising in leadership, sales & service. With 25 years of experience in business, training, and facilitation, Catherine believes in creating effective engaging learning environments through powerful communication techniques. Catherine has immersed herself into the field of communication and body language psychology. It has anchored her authority as a Communication Master. Catherine holds a Masters Degree in Neuro-linguistic Programming as well as qualifications in Business, Leadership & Management and is a qualified DISC accredited consultant.

Catherine works internationally in the areas of business growth, customer service and leadership with communication as the overarching tool to success in these areas. Catherine developed the conscious connection framework after studying body language for over 30 years, and researching and understanding the theories behind behaviour styles. Catherine says when you take away the non-verbals and verbal language, globally you are left with the raw behaviour styles of people which is fantastic, as you can sell, serve and lead anyone, anywhere in the world.


Michael Licenblat

Michael Licenblat is a resilience expert who teaches people how to bounce back from challenges and setbacks – and perform better under pressure.

Drawing on his background in Psychology, Shiatsu therapy, and over 25 years of Martial Arts experience, Michael has helped countless companies and schools become 'pressure proof' and learn how to bounce back from the setbacks and challenges so they can out perform their competition.

In Michael’s high energy, interactive and very practical presentations, he demystifies what people need to do to become resilient to pressure in today’s business world, and keep a clear head when dealing with difficult, demanding and stressful situations – without burning yourself out.

Michael is the author of the book ‘Pressure Proof – how to thrive in times of disruption, change and pressure’, his articles are regularly published in several journals, and has delivered presentations for South Australian State Schools Administrative Officers Association, Association of Business Managers, Ballarat High School, Castlemaine Secondary School, Mudgee High School, Copperfield College, Dromana Secondary College, Echuca College, Kyabram College, Reservoir College.

Michael has also worked with organisations such as Toyota, REIV, Smartline Mortgage Group, MLC Insurance, St George, Coles Myer Ltd., Pitcher Partners, SEEK, Caterpillar, Maurice Blackburn, Maunsell, SalesForce, and Victorian Parliament.


Steve Simpson

Steve Simpson has been invited to speak at conferences around the world for his unique insights into workplace cultures and how to unleash the potential that lies within.

Steve’s insights are not based on theory. In addition to his conference presentations, he has worked in-house with a range of organisations on different continents over extended period of time. He knows the pitfalls, traps, objections and issues that emerge when people are challenged to re-think the ‘way we do things around here’.

Steve is the author of two books including ‘UGRs: Cracking the Corporate Culture Code’. He is the co-author to a further three books, the latest being ‘A Culture Turned’. He has a Masters Degree from the University of Alberta, and was invited to undertake an Australian city lecture tour to co-present with Harvard University Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter.

The National Speakers Association of Australia recognised Steve’s achievements by awarding him the prestigious 2015 Australian Educator of the Year Award.
