There is no doubt COVID-19 has caused revolutionary disruption and forced us to think about the world in a different way. Every industry was affected directly or indirectly. For us business managers, these challenges are presented in a multitude of streams, from risk management practices to accommodating online learning for a stay-at-home cohort.
The ASBAQ 2020 Conference held in Mackay at the height of the pandemic gave us a glimpse of how the new normal may look. At that time, it seemed rather insurmountable. Nevertheless, you were asked to Make it Happen, Make it Matter. Have you been able to achieve this goal in the face of the adversities COVID-19 still imposes?
