Membership Registration
* Member rates apply nationally and are a discounted registration rate. No additional subsidy applies. To be eligible for the member rate you must be a financial member of ASBA. All registrations will be checked to confirm membership. To check if you are eligible for membership of ASBA prior to registering click here.
** The non-member category is available to persons holding a non-teaching management role in a member school, who would otherwise not be eligible for membership of ASBA (Qld). Examples include HR Manager, IT Manager, Property Manager or Compliance Manager.

Payment Policy
Registrations received by Friday 27 March 2026 must be paid in full by Friday 27 March 2026 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Saturday 18 April 2026
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the ASBAQ 2026 Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by Saturday 18 April 2026 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Saturday 18 April 2026 without incurring any cost penalty.
Refunds for cancellations received after Saturday 18 April 2026 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances.
It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The ASBAQ 2026 Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.
Disclaimer
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the website. The ASBAQ 2026 and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the ASBAQ 2026 Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the ASBAQ 2026 Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The ASBAQ 2026 does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft, or damage to belongings.
During ASBAQ 2026, participants may be photographed or filmed at any time. By attending, you consent to the use, publication, or reproduction of your image or recording in any form of communication material used to promote the event and report on its events through publications and resource materials. If you do not wish to have your image photographed or filmed, please contact the secretariat in advance or onsite to advise of your preference.
ASBAQ 2026 Postponement
In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new ASBAQ 2026 dates. All components of your registration, including Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the ASBAQ 2026 Conference Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost or request a cancellation and refund, which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.
ASBAQ 2026 Cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of the ASBAQ 2026, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
